    Travelling through and needed an urgent bearing buddy fitted - when the store stock items did not fit correctly (different tolerance) went to the yard and found the correct one I needed….and all done in less than half and hour! Outstanding service with a smile…when they had other things to do….excellent experience!

    We are on a caravan driving holiday and had braking issues with the van on arrival in Lakes Entrance VIC a week into our three week tour. Glen from the local trailer fabricator had a look and suggested replacing the backing plates. He went out of his way to help even though he was extremely busy. He spoke to Jayne at A1 Trailers who offered to squeeze us in. A quick drive to Bairnsdale with Caravan in tow and an hour later all sorted.  The service was professional and the facilities 1st class. The owners Andrew and Jayne were extremely helpful and the work carried out by Danny was of a high standard including soldering the wiring to the electro-magnets rather than just crimping. I’m really impressed with how friendly and accommodating they were to help keep our van on the road in a safe manner. I’d highly recommend them.
